This quote sums up my life quite nicely. My name is Dawn and from as far back as I can remember I have loved all things beauty. By beauty, I mean, beauty products. I practically grew up at the department store cosmetic counter alongside my Mother. I would watch the saleslady apply the newest colors on her while I was dabbling in the cosmetic displays. As I headed into the teenage years and was faced with blemishes, I realized that cosmetics could only do so much. Having a flawless canvas, your skin, became so much more important and has been ever since.
I have always enjoyed science and graduated with a degree in Chemistry, but it wasn’t until I realized medical school wasn’t in my future that I had my “a-ha” moment. In an instant I knew that I would create my own skin care line. After all, it only made sense – I would combine my loves of science and beauty.
It has been many years since that “a-ha” moment but the dream has never died. I have worked for both entrepreneurial and well established beauty companies. In creating this line, my purpose is to offer high quality products delivering results that help women look and feel great without breaking the bank. As I thought about how the concept of looking good makes you feel, I realized that feeling good about yourself gives you confidence. Confidence is powerful and it is what allows us to be whatever we want to be. This is our mission and we call it Look.Feel.Be.™
